Admission Criteria

Eligibility for admission to First year of B. Pharm

1.	The subject combination required in the qualifying examination (Intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent for admission to first year different courses shall be as under )

Course	Compulsory Subjects	Anyone of the following Subject
B. Pharm.	Physics & Chemistry	Mathematics/Biology/Bio Technology /Computer Science

For admission to first year of B. Pharm. candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board / University.

The qualified candidate of SEE UPTU: 2010 who fulfill the eligibility as per clause 4.a and 4.b their relative merit will decide on their rank in SEE UPTU: 2010.

The merit of candidate (10+2) examination with the Following conditions.

For by admission to first year of B. Pharm. candidate must have passed intermediate examination of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board/Compulsory securing minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in total of required subject –combination (two compulsory & one optional) The relative merit shall be decided based on total marks in subject combination (clause 3.1(i) of qualifying examination.

Eligibility Criteria for direct Admission (Lateral Entry ) in Second year

Candidate’s who have passed 2 Year Diploma (with min 60% Marks) from institutions recognized by the U.P. Board of Technical Education in Pharmacy are only eligible.
