Academic Schedule
B.Tech & MBA Programmes are of four years (8 semesters) and two years (4 semesters) full time duration courses. The academic year (1 July to 30 July of next calendar year) is composed of two semesters, namely the Odd Semester followed by Even Semester. The Odd semester usually starts in July and the Even Semester in January. All the academic activities proceed following the Academic Calendar prescribed by the U.P. Technical University Lucknow to which the college is affiliated. The timing of the college is usually 9.30 A.M. to 4.30 P.M. Any change in timings shall be notified on the notice board of the college. The time – table of theory and practical subjects is displayed on the notice board of the college.
Attendance
1.
Every student is required to attend all the lectures, tutorials, practicals and other prescribed curricular and co-curricular activities. The attendance can be condoned up to 25% on medical grounds or for other genuine reasons beyond the control of students.
2.
A further relaxation of attendance up to 15% can be given by the Director provided he/she has been absent with prior permission of the Director for the reason acceptable to him.
3.
No student will be allowed to appear in the end semester examination if he / she does not satisfy the overall average attendance requirement.
4.
The attendance shall be counted from the date of admission in the college or start of academic session whichever is later.
